Emergency Towing

When you are out on the road no one is exempt unfortunately from finding themselves at one point in time in an emergency situation. With that in mind, what we wanted to do is give you some tips and tricks on what to do in this type of situation. Also, we wanted to take the opportunity to sort of walk you through what a call to us in this type of situation would look like. So, that you have at least some form of certainty when it comes to these types of issues. Being able to handle even the toughest issues promptly can go a long way in really helping you get to safety quicker. We at Canning Vale Towing have your best interest at heart and find it more helpful to the customer if they become a little more educated on some of our processes.

Give Us A Call

Before you give us a call you are probably going to want to make sure that everyone is ok and that pretty much everything is accounted for. If you want to take a minute to sort of gather your thoughts after the tough experience, make sure that you do so. That way, when you call you can be really as calm as the situation allows you to so that you can answer some of the questions that we are going to have for you. When you call you are going to get a quick answer we can assure you of that!

Pinpointing Your Location

Most of the questions that you are going to get from us involve obviously your well being. If you or anyone that is on the scene may be hurt we can help by calling emergency services and accident insurance service. From there, the next thing that we are going to want to know is your location. These days being able to use GPS to locate people has really made our job easier, but we may still need some help!

Not A Crash

One of the first things that you may want to give us a heads up on is if you are calling because you were in some form of an accident or not. If this was not the case, then we may start asking some questions about what you feel may be wrong with the car. For the most part, we won’t get too technical. We do this though so that we can give our guys a better idea of what to expect when they arrive.

Stay Safe & Wait For Help

This is something that we really want to stress to anyone who finds themselves by the side of the road. The best thing that you can do is stay safe and wait for help. If it is possible for you to remain in the car, that is mostly going to be the best option for you. If you were in an accident and you can not remain in the vehicle try and get as close to a safe area as you can. In any case, we want you to know that we have a very quick response time. So, our guys should not be long!
